Abbott Delves is a part of Abbott Cresswell LLP, a well established East Sheen firm practising Family and Matrimonial Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Probate as well as Commercial Law.

There has been a firm of solicitors practicing at the premises, 179 Upper Richmond Road West, since around the First World War. One of the present partners of Abbott Cresswell LLP, Robert Cooles, has been associated with the firm for over three decades. He and his fellow partners are well known in the local area where the partnership provides a personal service.

Services

All work is carried out by qualified solicitors or directly under their supervision and it is aimed to keep the firm's charges reasonable and competitive for services provided. Most of Abbott Cresswell's LLP clients are established and one of its major sources of new clients is through the recommendation of existing ones. In order to provide the service which engenders such loyalty Abbott Cresswell LLP is always careful not to fall into the trap of having too much work so that its clients will receive the attention they deserve.

The firm does not provide legal aid but Abbott Delves does provide a half hour appointment for a fixed fee of £25 plus VAT.
