Our Practice
Abbott Delves is a part of Abbott Cresswell LLP, a well established East Sheen firm practising Family and Matrimonial Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Probate as well as Commercial Law.
All work is carried out by qualified solicitors or directly under their supervision and it is aimed to keep the firm's charges reasonable and competitive for services provided. Most of Abbott Cresswell's LLP clients are established and one of its major sources of new clients is through the recommendation of existing ones. In order to provide the service which engenders such loyalty Abbott Cresswell LLP is always careful not to fall into the trap of having too much work so that its clients will receive the attention they deserve.

Robert Cooles
Senior Partner
Robert has been with Abbott Cresswell since 1966 and heads the Conveyancing department. In addition he practices Wills and Probate and Company law.
Clive Delves
Partner
Clive is the matrimonial partner and has specialised in matrimonial law for over 20 years. 10 years of this was spent as a partner in a niche matrimonial practice in the City.
Colin Pinnell
Partner
Colin heads the Wills and Probate Department. He qualified in 1969 and has been with the firm since 1995. Prior to that Colin worked with a City firm before joining the RAF. He returned to private practice in legal and financial regulation.
Katie Minshull-Beech
Associate Solicitor
Katie qualified in 1981 and worked at a large West End practice for 10 years before joining the firm to work locally. Katie joined Abbott Cresswell in 2007. She is experienced in all aspects of sale and purchase, lettings and matters involving both residential and commercial property.
Shirley Lewald
Solicitor Advocate
Shirley qualified at the end of 2010 having trained at this firm. She undertakes work in Probate and Wills, Residential Conveyancing, Landlord & Tenant. She also deals in specialist contentious areas.
Anuja Wagner
Solicitor
Anuja studied law at BPP Law School and obtained a BA at Goldsmith’s College University of London. She speaks fluent German, Spanish, Hindi and French.
Jayne Judd
Receptionist
Jayne is our friendly receptionist who has been working at Abbotts since 2007.
Lorraine Bateman
Secretary
Lorraine started as a receptionist and is now a legal secretary and has been working at Abbotts for 10 years.
Sarah Pursey
Secretary
Sarah has been working as a secretary and valuable personal assistant to Robert Cooles for 7 years.
